For many today, the most pressing topic is excess weight. And again I was told  thank you that my client lost kilograms with MASSAGE. Let's talk?

Let's consider three points.

Firstly, it is simply impossible to lose weight simply by receiving a MASSAGE from me. It would be more correct to clarify that YES, deep MASSAGE techniques help to start fat burning processes and YES, they speed up metabolism. Therefore, YES, MASSAGE helps to lose weight. But, in combination with the second and third points of this post.

Second. Only a calorie deficit can change your shape. There is no magic pill to lose belly fat if you drink cola, for example. And/or you eat: cheese with mayonnaise, Snickers, drink alcohol, even in moderation, etc., etc.
(Yes, of course, it is important to eat - you can't starve. Yes, of course, it is important to eat taking into account the volume of BJU - proteins / fats / carbohydrates. Yes, of course - fiber at least 20g per day ... Yes, of course - drink water, lots of water. But that's another story, I'm not talking about that here ...)
Remember - the body is formed in the kitchen.

Third. It is not enough to go to work or tinker around the house. It is not enough to walk the dachshund in the evenings. It is not enough to be tired at home and / or even in your profession. To lose fat, do interval training. The fat-burning heart rate zone is about 120-140 beats per minute. In this heart rate zone, the body uses mainly fats as an energy source. High-intensity workouts burn more calories than calm cardio (walking with a dog, for example) for the same amount of time. Moreover, after them, fat metabolism accelerates, which has a positive effect on body composition. Even relatively short high-intensity interval training helps to lose 30% more fat than long, steady cardio.

And in the end, the third became the third and a half. This is for the thin and weak. Weight according to the BMI (body mass index) scheme is not always the main indicator. SARCOPENIC OBESITY. What kind of scary beast is this?
Obesity is an excess amount of adipose tissue. Sarcopenia is the loss of skeletal muscle mass and muscle function. In the case of sarcopenic obesity, not only does fat accumulate, but muscle tissue also decreases. That is, strength and endurance are reduced even more, since low skeletal muscle mass is combined with a high percentage of fat. That's how it is. Imagine, I'm massaging the butt of a slender girl, for example, with normal BMI indicators, but there are no muscles there . What fears - and she has  obesity.

And I repeat. Yes, MASSAGE is great for weight loss. But you should also  push this cart along with me…
